Refund and Returns Policy

What happens when I buy online?

1. Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments only. 

2. Confirmation

After you’ve made a payment, we’ll show you a confirmation on-screen and then send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on 9929 0500. 

3. Delivery

To protect both our customers and staff, we have made some changes to how we deliver. We continue to review these changes in line with current guidance.

Order typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

 If possible, please let us know where your order can be left if you are out.

DELIVERY FEE of €5 on orders up to €49
FREE DELIVERY on orders over €50

4. Returns

If you suspect your wine is corked or faulty, then please contact us on 9929 0500. We’ll arrange for the out-of-condition wine to be collected and a replacement is given. If we no longer have stock of the wine, a credit for the original purchase price of the bottle can be arranged.

We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for a refund or replacement. 

We are happy to credit you for any wines that have not been opened and remain in perfect condition. Please contact us to arrange a collection and refund. 

5. Can I collect my order?

Collections are available from Casa Vini Limited, 311-313, Zabbar Road, Fgura, FGR 1014, Malta. You’ll be able to choose the collection option at checkout. Please allow one working day for us to process your order.

6. Order cancellation

If you change your mind about some or all of your orders within 14 days of receipt of goods, contact us and we will amend/cancel your order or arrange to collect the unwanted wines (free of charge), and reimburse the appropriate sum paid within 14 days of cancellation, provided it is returned as sold in the original packaging. At this time, you cannot amend or cancel an order online.

If we fail to deliver on the specified date offered at the time of order, please let us know; you may cancel the order and Casa Vini will reimburse the full price paid.
